3. Document Delivery
Physical documents may be delivered or collected in the following ways:
Document Collection (From Customer)
- Branch Visit: Submit documents at our nearest branch
- Home Pickup: Available for select loan products and locations (charges may apply)
- e-Mitra Kiosk: Submit through authorized kiosks
- Digital Upload: Scan and upload documents through our portal
Document Delivery (To Customer)
- Loan Sanction Letters: Delivered via email or available for pickup
- Agreement Copies: Provided at the time of loan disbursement
- Receipts: Digital receipts sent via SMS/email; printed copies available on request
- Original Documents: Returned after verification (timeline varies by document type)
